How to make a reservation
- Find your welcome email from the reservation system
- The welcome email will be from: “bookings@omnify-mail.com”
- Use the email address and password provided
- Login to reservation system
- Select Horaires|Schedules
- Select the day & time for the reservation
- Select the reserve button
- Select Booking for: Family or Myself
- Select family members
- Select Next – I accept the conditions…..
- Confirm Booking
- Check your email for confirmation
How to cancel a reservation
- Login to reservation system
- Select – View Profile (see top right hand corner)
- Find your booking in “My Schedule” list
- Select Details
- Select “Cancel Booking”
- Important – you must cancel for each person
***Cancellations must be done on an individual basis
***Select name of person that requires a cancellation
*** Use the arrow “v” to see additional family member names
